DISCLAIMER:  I/We, the undersigned, applies for membership in the Wolf River Riders ATV Club and do hereby agree to abide by all club rules and bylaws. I acknowledge the possible risk of injury to my person and property and to others, while attending club sponsored ATV events. I will rely on my own judgment and ability while participating in club events and will assume all risks of injury or damage arising out of such participation. This includes all juvenile members accompanying me in my charge, whom I do agree to assume responsibility for by signing this agreement. I also agree to provide liability insurance on any and all motorized off road vehicles in my party during club events.
